Tour: test a task on your website
Send an agent to your site with a business intent and inspect every step of its journey.
Tour asks an agent to attempt a task on the selected project site. It keeps the pages opened, the observed actions, the blockers it encountered and a readable conclusion: completed, partial or blocked.
Choose an intent
After choosing an intent, add a specific mission in up to 300 characters. For example: “Find the return policy for an order delivered to France.” The intent sets the direction; your detail tells the agent exactly what to find or check.
| Intent | What the agent tries to do |
|---|---|
| Find a product | Locate an offer or product matching the task. |
| Find information | Locate a specific answer on the site. |
| Get a quote | Find the path or entry point to request a quote. |
| Find the right contact | Identify the right person, team or channel. |
What Tour measures
- What the agent understood at each step.
- The pages and links that helped it progress.
- The exact point where the journey became unclear or inaccessible.
- The evidence supporting the conclusion when the task succeeds.
Tour does not submit forms
V1 opens pages and follows public links. It does not complete payments, handle card data or submit forms on your behalf.
Access and quotas
| Plan | Access |
|---|---|
| Free | View an existing result; live launches are locked. |
| Growth | 10 Tours per month. |
| Agency | 30 Tours per month, shared by the account. |
A Tour runs asynchronously. The page shows its progress and keeps the result for later review. Its quota is separate from Agent Readiness, Agent Commerce, Agent Performance and Brand Discovery audits.
