Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, maintain a valid payment account on the affiliate platform, comply with applicable laws, and not be a direct competitor without prior written approval. We may accept or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Program operation

After approval, you receive a personal affiliate link provided by Endorsely. You may share it on your website, newsletter, social media, editorial content, and direct client or prospect conversations. You must not present your link as an official link owned by the Company.

3. Commission

The standard commission is 30% of net subscription revenue generated by a new referred customer. Commission is paid for the first 12 months following the referred customer's paid subscription.

For the €29 monthly Growth plan, the indicative commission is €8.70 per month, up to an indicative maximum of €104.40 over 12 months.

Commissions are calculated excluding VAT, taxes, refunds, credits, unpaid amounts, chargebacks, and cancelled payments.

• No commission is due on free accounts or trials that do not convert;
• existing customers;
• your own purchases or purchases by a person connected to your account;
• fraudulent or artificially generated transactions.

4. Sales attribution

Attribution uses the last affiliate click model. A sale is attributed to the affiliate whose link generated the last valid affiliate click before signup or purchase.

The attribution window is 60 days. Direct, organic, email, or manual visits do not replace a valid affiliate attribution. We may correct or cancel attribution in cases of technical error, fraud, or abuse.

5. Validation and payment

Commissions are initially shown as pending. They become payable after payment is confirmed, the applicable refund period has expired, and there is no fraud, non-payment, or chargeback.

Payments are made through Endorsely according to its available schedule and payment methods. A minimum payment threshold of €50 may apply; smaller amounts roll over to the next payment period.

You are responsible for your own tax, social security, and accounting obligations relating to commissions received.

6. Disclosure obligations

When recommending our service in exchange for a commission, you must clearly disclose the commercial relationship. The disclosure must be visible, understandable, and close to the recommendation, for example: “This is an affiliate link: I may receive a commission if you sign up.” You must not hide your financial interest or present advertising as an entirely independent recommendation.

7. Prohibited practices

You must not send unsolicited email or spam, use cookie stuffing or forced redirects, generate artificial clicks or signups, sign up through your own link, use bots or automated software, publish false or misleading claims, promise unauthorized features or discounts, or create confusion with the Company or use its visual identity without permission.

8. Paid advertising

Any advertising campaign using our brand, domain name, logo, or close variations must be approved in writing before launch. Unless authorized, you may not purchase keywords containing canagentsbuyfromyou, cabfy, our domains, or our trademarks.

9. Personal data and tracking

Referral tracking may use cookies, identifiers, or similar technologies provided by Endorsely. You must inform your audience about affiliate links and tracking technologies where required by law. You must not attempt to access a user's personal data or use program data for purposes other than tracking your referrals.

10. Suspension and termination

We may immediately suspend or terminate your participation for a breach of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, damage to our brand, misleading commercial practices, or legal or financial risk. Commissions linked to fraudulent or non-compliant transactions may be cancelled. You may leave the program at any time by contacting [email].

11. Program changes

We may change commission rates, attribution duration, program rules, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the affiliate portal and will apply to new referrals after their effective date.

12. No guarantee

The program is provided without any guarantee of a minimum number of clicks, signups, customers, or commissions. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the program for commercial, technical, or legal reasons.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost data, or interruptions related to the program. Our total liability may not exceed commissions paid or owed during the previous six months.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of [city, France], subject to mandatory rules that may apply.
